Crisp Cannabis Solo Stove Sweepstakes

The Crisp Cannabis Solo Stove Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Debbie’s Dispensary LLC d/b/a Crisp Cannabis, located at 115 Forest St, Norwich, CT 06360 (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Connecticut who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, backers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliated entities, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other entity involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in their households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per eligible person during the Sweepstakes Period. A cannabis purchase, cannabis product purchase, or other transaction is not required to enter and will not improve an entrant's odds of winning.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, altered, duplicate, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
Sweepstakes Period & How to Enter
The Sweepstakes begins Saturday, October 17, 2026, and ends Sunday, October 18, 2026, during the operating hours of Glastonbury Harvest Fest.
Entries will be accepted in person only at the Crisp Cannabis booth at Glastonbury Harvest Fest in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
To enter, eligible participants must visit the Crisp Cannabis booth during event hours and complete an official sweepstakes entry form with their full name, phone number, email address, and confirmation of eligibility.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per eligible person.
Entries will not be accepted online, by mail, or at Crisp Cannabis retail locations.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Solo Stove outdoor fire pit.

The prize has no cash redemption value except where otherwise required by law. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion when reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside Sponsor's control. Any substitute prize will be of equal or greater value unless otherwise permitted by law.
No cannabis or cannabis products will be awarded as part of the prize.
Winner Selection
On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Crisp Cannabis will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative. Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and application of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on their entry form.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and Connecticut residency and may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, prize acceptance acknowledgment, liability release, tax acknowledgment, and/or other documentation reasonably required to confirm eligibility and award the prize.
The potential winner must respond within two (2) days after Sponsor's initial notification attempt.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize Restrictions
The winner will be responsible for arranging prize pickup at the Crisp Cannabis East Hartford location, subject to confirmation and coordination with Sponsor.
All costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly identified as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
Publicity, Liability, Compliance & Privacy
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.
Personal information collected through sweepstakes entry forms will be used for administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, and contacting the potential winner, subject to applicable privacy laws.
Participation does not require consent to receive marketing communications.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Solo Stove.
