Crisp Cannabis Puffco Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER.
The Crisp Cannabis Puffco Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Debbie’s Dispensary LLC d/b/a Crisp Cannabis, located at 115 Forest St, Norwich, CT 06360 (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Connecticut who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, backers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliated entities, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other entity involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in their households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per eligible person during the Sweepstakes Period. A cannabis purchase, cannabis product purchase, or other transaction is not required to enter and will not improve an entrant's odds of winning. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, altered, duplicate, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
Sweepstakes Period & How to Enter
The Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2026 at the opening of normal business hours and ends October 15, 2026 at the close of normal business hours.
Entries must be submitted in person at one of the following Crisp Cannabis retail locations:
Cromwell, Connecticut
East Hartford, Connecticut
Bridgeport, Connecticut
Eligible entrants must complete the official in-store sweepstakes entry during normal business hours within the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Puffco Bundle consisting of:
Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL + Hot Knife, Onyx; Puffco Peak Pro Travel Glass, Shadow Black; Puffco Dab Mat; Journey Cross Body Carrying Bag; TerpTitans Bamboo Cotton Swabs, 200 ct.; and 32 oz. 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $739.88.
The prize has no cash redemption value except where otherwise required by law. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion when reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside Sponsor's control. Any substitute prize will be of equal or greater value unless otherwise permitted by law.
No cannabis, cannabis product, cannabis paraphernalia, or other regulated cannabis item will be awarded as a prize.
Winner Selection
On October 16, 2026, Crisp Cannabis will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative. Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and application of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility and may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, prize acceptance acknowledgment, liability release, tax acknowledgment, and/or other documentation reasonably required to confirm eligibility and award the prize.
The potential winner must respond within two (2) days after Sponsor's initial notification attempt.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize Restrictions
All costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly identified as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
