1. ELIGIBILITY

The Crisp Metallica Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.

Employees, officers and immediate household members of the Sponsor, as well as individuals directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All eligible entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the designated Sweepstakes entry form and providing the required information.

Entrants will be given the opportunity to enroll in the Crisp Loyalty Program in connection with the promotion.

No purchase of cannabis, cannabis products or any other product is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible individual. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

4. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:

Two (2) tickets to Metallica at Mohegan Sun on November 21, 2026; and

One (1) overnight hotel stay at Mohegan Sun.

The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,600+. Actual value may vary. Any difference between the stated estimated value and the actual value will not be awarded.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transportation, meals, parking, gratuities, incidental hotel charges and all other expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize is subject to all applicable ticketing, venue and hotel terms, policies, availability and restrictions.

5. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry.

Failure to respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to satisfy all prize acceptance requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner.

6. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

As a condition of accepting and receiving the Grand Prize, the selected winner will be required to:

• Provide satisfactory proof that they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and otherwise eligible to receive the prize.

• Complete and sign Crisp’s required Prize Acceptance, Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release/Disclaimer.

• Provide all information and documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor for applicable federal and state tax reporting, including a completed IRS Form W-9, when required.

• Appear in person at a designated Crisp retail location to receive the prize.

• Participate in a prize presentation photograph at the Crisp retail location at the time the prize is received.

The prize presentation photograph is a condition of accepting the Grand Prize. By accepting the prize and signing the applicable release, the winner authorizes Crisp, to the extent permitted by law, to photograph the winner during the prize presentation and to use the resulting photograph, the winner’s first name and/or likeness for Crisp promotional, advertising, social media and marketing purposes as further described in the signed release.

A potential winner who declines or fails to complete the required eligibility verification, prize acceptance documentation, tax documentation, signed release/disclaimer or in-store prize presentation requirements may be deemed ineligible to receive the Grand Prize. In such an event, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

7. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

The Grand Prize may constitute taxable income to the winner.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees or other obligations arising from the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize.

Due to the value of the Grand Prize, the Sponsor may be required to report the prize to applicable federal and/or state tax authorities and issue the winner applicable tax reporting documentation, which may include IRS Form 1099.

As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the winner must provide the Sponsor with the information and completed tax documentation necessary to satisfy applicable reporting obligations, including a completed IRS Form W-9, when required.

The winner should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax consequences of accepting the Grand Prize. Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash through the Sponsor. No substitution by the winner is permitted.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any component becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification of the concert or for changes or restrictions imposed by Metallica, Mohegan Sun, the applicable ticketing provider, hotel or other third parties.

If the concert is postponed or canceled for reasons outside the Sponsor’s control, Sponsor’s obligations will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the applicable tickets and reservations.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective owners, officers, employees, agents and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of the Grand Prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot legally be waived.

10. PRIVACY & MARKETING

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, fulfill the prize and satisfy applicable legal and tax-reporting requirements.

Where an entrant provides the appropriate consent, submitted information may also be used in connection with the Crisp Loyalty Program and Crisp marketing communications in accordance with Crisp’s applicable privacy practices and program terms.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits false or fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules or otherwise interferes with the fair and proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

If fraud, technical failure or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes as permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration, winner selection and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law.
